Conference Participation Fees

A. 3 DAYS CONFERENCE

  • Registration fees 250 $/person 
  • Three days of conference include
  1. All conference  materials
  2. (Coffee brake +Lunch)
  3. Workshop – with certificate of attendance.
  4. Closing ceremony – Gala diner

B. COMPANYINING PERSON FEES

  • 150 $/ person for 3 days of conference include
  • All Conference sessions
  • (Coffee brake +Lunch)

C. The researchers that participate without attendance the conference: can be participating in the poster presentation only, with Participation fees 100$.

D. A Certificate of participation in the conference will be given to all the Researchers mentioned in the submitting paper

PARTICIPATION FEES PAYMENT

THE PARTICIPANT FROM IRAQ:
1. After receiving the announcing acceptance e-mail of your manuscript, you are kindly requested to pay (150 $) within two weeks (as a part of your participation fees) to get the approval acceptance letter of the manuscript.
2. The rest of the participation fees should be paid before (July 20 / 2025).
3. Payment contact:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

  • You have (one month) after the dead time (August 20 / 2025) for cancellation your registration, and the refund payment will be after 30 days from the end of the conference.4

• Regular fees paid before ( June 20/ 2025) .
• Fees payment can be transferred by WESTERN UNION
